Great work. Very informative and handy presentation for netizens and communication guys in govt. Few suggestions to be incorporated. The communication capacity audit of government Deptts and their existing mode of communication whether ‘adhoc’, ‘planned’, ‘institutionalized’, ‘evaluted’ and ‘optimized’ should also be made part of the document. Reenforcement digital tools together with social media platforms can create the buzz so they should also be included. A strategy to influence audience ranging from hard opponents, soft opponents, sceptics and supporters should also be made part of the write up. While keeping focus on traditional media and reporters, social media influencers should also be made part of the plan to give widespread coverage to media contents and make things viral.
